Responsibilities:
Project Governance: Apply PRINCE2 principles to manage project lifecycles, ensuring clear documentation, stage-gate approvals, and risk management.
Service Integration: Align project delivery with ITIL best practices to ensure seamless transition from project phase to operational support.
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams (Developers, DevOps, and QA) to define scopes and timelines.
Resource Management: Utilize Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner) to maintain project schedules, track milestones, and facilitate team collaboration.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital products and software solutions meet the client's functional requirements and technical standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A 3-year IT-related qualification (Diploma or Degree).
Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience specifically within an IT environment.
At least 3 years of experience applying PRINCE2 methodology.
At least 3 years of experience working within an ITIL framework.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience utilizing Office 365 for project coordination and reporting.
Expertise in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Proficiency in structured project management software.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and digital product ecosystems.
