An established company is looking for an IT Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pretoria.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Google Sheets, Docs, and related tools
  • Provide general IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues
  • Ensure smooth operation of office systems, software, and shared files
  • Support staff with training and best practices for productivity tools

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT/software issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
