Job Description
Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional configurations.
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and support.
Provide expertise on Oracle quarterly releases and new features, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Prepare functional documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and maintain data integrity across HCM modules.
Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory HR requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and related modules.
Proven experience with Oracle HCM implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
