Role Overview
An established technology company is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join its support team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product and software queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve general customer queries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product and software-related issues
- Provide first-line technical support to customers
- Assist and train customers on products and software platforms
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Log, track, and report customer issues to internal teams
- Assist with product and software testing when required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends when required
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Interest or knowledge of golf is advantageous
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / High School Certificate
- Additional certification in Customer Service or Client Support is advantageous
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a customer support or client services role
