Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town, WC. A well-established Food Commodity Importer and Distributor in the FMCG industry, is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Team, coordinating all the marketing campaigns, initiatives and activities to promote the business.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting research to analyse competitive landscape, market trends and customer behaviour.
• Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events, in-store promotions, retailers and meetings.
• Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog post, Radio/TV, website, print & e-commerce.
• Graphic design in creation of new marketing material.
• Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external marketing and social media vendors as well as Brand Influencers.
• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to management and other functional departments while providing instructions for promotion or use.
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
• Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience working in a Marketing Department, supporting
the Marketing Manager or Director in establishing a marketing strategy and plan.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player.
• Innovative thinking and creative thought process.
• Ability to operate independently
