We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Elixir Developer to help us scale and evolve our core platforms. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining backend services, integrating with financial systems, and crafting reliable, maintainable Elixir code.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

• Building and maintaining Elixir-based backend services
• Designing and extending APIs and background systems
• Supporting integrations with third-party financial services
• Contributing to technical decisions and architectural improvements
• Writing maintainable, well-tested code that powers real-world systems
• Collaborating closely with a small team across product and operations Helping us grow and refine our engineering practices

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Strong Elixir experience (or strong experience in functional programming and a desire to work with Elixir full-time)
• Solid understanding of backend systems and application design
• Comfortable working with databases, background jobs, and APIs
• Proactive and curious mindset, comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• 3+ years of professional development experience (Elixir or otherwise)
• Experience in financial systems or regulated environments
