A private hospital is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute the hospital’s marketing strategy. The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing effective brand strategies and advertising campaigns, coupled with strong leadership capability within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain customer research databases
• Analyse research data to identify target markets and optimise campaign performance
• Strengthen and manage the hospital’s brand identity
• Plan and manage marketing-related events and social initiatives
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance
• Provide strategic marketing insights to Hospital Management
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with organisational
• Track and record project results and amend marketing measures

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent NQF qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
• Experience with marketing and CRM software (e.g., Dynamics, CRM systems)
• Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience advantageous
• Minimum of five (5) years’ managerial experience in a healthcare environment
• At least five (5) years’ experience in marketing at a senior level
• Advanced digital marketing expertise
• Extensive knowledge of web analytics and social media platforms
• Strong technical ability to navigate marketing dashboards and reporting systems - 5+ years previous
  experience in marketing
