Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
Solution Design: Translate complex business problems into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
SDLC Management: Partner with development and QA teams to oversee the end-to-end SDLC, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing business workflows and propose digital transformation strategies using modern enterprise technologies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication between technical leads, project managers, and client business units.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A completed 3-year IT-related qualification (Degree or Diploma).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to document workflows, use cases, and technical requirements effectively.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to operate in a high-paced consulting environment.
