Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Systems Implementation Lead to join their team in Centurion, GP. The suitable candidate will be required to travel across the South and East of Africa. The client is looking for a driven and analytical professional with a strong background in Supply Chain and a passion for Technology, Data, and Process Improvement. This role will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiencies for the company and the CA&S Group across Southern and Eastern Africa.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation
1. Project Planning – Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Requirements Gathering – Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system specifications.
3. Team Leadership – Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout implementation.
4. System Configuration – Oversee system setup and customization to meet business requirements
Training, Change & Risk Management
1. User Training – Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption.
2. Change Management – Manage the transition from legacy systems, minimizing disruption.
3. Quality Assurance – Ensure implementations adhere to quality standards and project objectives.
4. Risk Mitigation – Identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans
Process Optimization & Vendor Management
1. Business Process Design & Optimization – Improve operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
2. Vendor Management – Coordinate with technology partners to ensure successful implementation

Requirements:
- Degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation.
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; MS SQL experience is a plus.
