A leading brand experience and activation agency in South Africa is seeking a high-calibre Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow an established, high-income portfolio. 

Responsibilities:
  • Account Leadership: Take complete ownership of assigned key accounts and portfolio GP.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and secure upsells.

  • End-to-End Management: Direct campaigns from ideation to breakdown, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Creative Direction: Guide the design team to produce brand-aligned, strategically sound concepts.

  • Financial Control: Prepare quotes, manage costings, and strictly protect project margins.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with design, campaign management, and national implementation teams.

  • Client Success: Deliver a flawless, top-tier client experience.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven background in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events.

  • Demonstrated success in managing national rollouts and growing high-value key accounts.

  • Direct experience carrying and meeting Gross Profit targets.

  • Highly commercially sharp and margin-aware.

  • A confident, professional client-facing presence.
