A digital transformation consultancy that helps businesses digitize their operations using a proprietary real-time data collaboration platform is seeking a driven Intermediate Business Analyst (remote) to join their Managed Services team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on software enhancement, client support, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Analysis & Scoping: Investigate system functionality and perform gap analyses on support requests to determine necessary enhancements.
Documentation: Write detailed use cases and test cases to support regression testing and ensure quality delivery.
Support & Issue Management: Act as the first line of support for client queries, user management, and minor change requests, managing issues through to resolution.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external clients to manage expectations and report on SLAs.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of minor enhancements and support fixes.
Training: Facilitate user onboarding and training activities as required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role.
Software Lifecycle: Proven track record in supporting and enhancing existing software features.
Environment: Experience in a support or help desk environment is highly advantageous.
Documentation: Skilled in producing clear documentation for both technical and business stakeholders.
Tools: Exposure to DevOps tools and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
Logistics: Ability to travel occasionally if required.
