Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Act as the primary link between clients and internal specialist resources to resolve business process issues.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot retail and distribution software matters within the React ERP system.
Service Excellence: Maintain high service quality levels and adhere to strict SLAs for incident resolution and hand-offs.
Project Delivery: Manage and complete assigned projects within defined timelines.
Mobility: Travel nationally and internationally as required by project demands.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Retail, Sales, and Distribution business process flows.
Financial Literacy: Proficiency in General Ledger, financial statements, and month-end/year-end closing reconciliations.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Note: Specific training on the React ERP system will be provided.
Background: Previous experience as a Client Support Consultant, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Process Expertise: Detailed understanding of Cash, Inventory, and Financial cycles.
Operational Readiness: Ability to prioritize business-critical issues and work non-standard hours when necessary.
Attributes: A self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively; highly reliable and punctual.
