Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, brand, and promotional strategies across digital and traditional platforms.

Brand Management: Strengthen and safeguard the hospital’s brand identity.
Events & PR: Plan and manage marketing-related events and social initiatives.
Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing strategic insights to Hospital Management.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent NQF) in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
Advantageous: Professional copywriting and graphic/digital design skills.
Management: 5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare.
Marketing: 5+ years at a senior level with advanced digital marketing expertise.
Analytics: Extensive knowledge of web analytics, social media platforms, and marketing dashboards.
