One of Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Java Software Development Manager to lead our Software Development team. This role focuses on driving technological innovation, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring top-tier software solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Team Leads & Senior Developers
• Oversee software development processes, best practices, and architecture
• Manage project resources, ensuring timely execution and quality assurance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Implement CI/CD processes, security protocols, and performance optimizations
• Stay updated with technology trends and emerging frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Proven team leadership & people management skills
• Strong background in Java Development, Spring Boot, React, Angular
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and MySQL
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design, Software Architecture & Unit Testing
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Azure certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus
