We’re looking for a dynamic, Solutions Consultant from the retail industry whoare eager to grow into expert ERP consultants  too join the team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. (Hybrid in Guateng, Fully Remore for others). 

The Ideal candidates may come from one of two backgrounds:

• Retail industry professionals with strong retail industry knowledge, systems acumen, and a passion for digital transformation.
• ERP consultants with experience in platforms like Kerridge, Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar, with strong retail industry knowledge 
  

Responsibilities: 

• Full-cycle ERP implementations and support with a focus on D365 Business Central and LS
  Central.
• Translate retail operational needs into system solutions.
• Participate in solution design, workshops, data migration, UAT, Go-lives and support
  

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of retail operations (store processes, POS, inventory, merchandising,
  supply chain).
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (not necessarily LS Central).
• Intermediate: 3 – 5 years
• Senior: 5 years +
• A can-do attitude and proven capacity to learn.
• High levels of energy, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
