Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively engage potential customers via outbound calling to identify new sales and software sourcing opportunities.
Qualification: Assess leads to determine fit and potential value before progressing or handing over.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking all activities and opportunities.
Deal Conversion (if qualified): Develop leads into full sales or sourcing transactions. Where skills are still developing, pass leads to the dedicated sales team.
Relationship Building: Build rapport quickly with potential clients, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and negotiate favourable outcomes.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales/sourcing targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and sourcing teams to ensure smooth handovers and maximise conversion.
Requirements:
Essential: 1–3 years of outbound call centre experience with a proven “hunter” track record.
Preferred: Experience in software, IT, or B2B sales environments.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; strong active listening and rapport-building abilities.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage a sales cycle.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Skilled in influencing decisions, handling objections, and closing deals.
Organisation: Effective planning, prioritisation, and time management.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, resilient, and positive in the face of rejection.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote, agile environment.
Language Requirements
Mandatory: Fluent English.
Highly Desirable: German, French, or another EU language.
