  • Ensure all marketing efforts directly support revenue growth and customer retention.

  • Oversee cross-brand marketing calendars, campaign planning, and consistent messaging.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Oversight, Performance & Governance

  • Supervise and manage outsourced teams (web developers, SEO specialists, designers, paid search agencies, etc.).

  • Ensure all digital assets (websites, social platforms) reflect brand excellence and UX/UI best practices.

  • Review and approve creative direction to maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice.

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and a strong return on investment (ROI).

  • Oversee analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM) to drive data-based decisions.

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and provide monthly performance reports to executives.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Lead innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and enterprise-grade digital solutions.

  • Direct traditional marketing initiatives (print, outdoor, in-store activations, events) and ensure seamless integration with digital campaigns.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within retail, automotive, or franchise environments.

  • Proven success in developing and leading end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.

  • Strong understanding of both digital (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Analytics) and traditional marketing disciplines.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and digital transformation initiatives.
