Job Description

A digital marketing agency and technology platform that specializes in optimizing paid search and social media campaigns for e-commerce brands are seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid media accounts across multiple platforms and verticals. 

Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily performance checks and audits to optimize key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, and Conversion Rate).

  • Analyze traffic quality and provide data-driven justifications for specific measurement tools and KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain cross-channel strategy roadmaps, including new platform rollouts and technical integrations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing regular reporting calls and daily communications.

  • Identify performance trends and communicate actionable next steps to stakeholders.

  • Escalate client concerns to senior leadership while maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Identify process pitfalls and collaborate with the tech team to develop automated solutions within the Addesu platform.

  • Manage the technical backlog by raising bug tickets and prioritizing new feature requests based on client feedback.

  • Assist in the evolution of proprietary marketing technology.

  • Manage personal and team workloads using task-tracking software (Notion), delegating tasks based on resource priority.

  • Represent the agency at industry events and participate in discussions with prospective partners.

  • Deliver against established team targets and report progress to the senior management team.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads (Microsoft Ads or alternative social platforms are advantageous).

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis tools.

  • Communication: Fluent in English with the confidence to lead client meetings and deliver technical presentations.

  • Mindset: A curious, problem-solving approach with a keen interest in the future of marketing technology.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage tasks independently.
