Job Description

We are looking for an experienced On-Site Support Engineer to provide daily technical support, maintain network infrastructure, manage documentation, and liaise with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of IT systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Manage documentation: system configurations, network diagrams, and user manuals
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and software updates
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and software deployments
  • Monitor backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • After-hours standby on a rotation schedule

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar technical support role, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
  • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, client OS, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems
  • Knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and wireless networking
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
