Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage marketing budgets and expense allocations to maximize ROI.
Creative Direction: Provide a strong creative presence, guiding the visual and emotional resonance of the brand’s identity.
Agency Liaison: Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital placement firms, and e-commerce architecture consultants.
Minimum Requirements:
Digital Ecosystem: Comprehensive oversight of e-commerce, digital advertising, and social media strategies.
Customer Engagement: Development and management of loyalty programs and community-based advertising.
Consumer Insights: Expertise in the buying habits and dynamics of the younger generation.
Education: A recognized Marketing qualification is preferred.
Retail Expertise: Proven experience within a retail environment is highly advantageous.
E-commerce Proficiency: Strong track record in managing e-commerce platforms and digital growth.
Creative Excellence: A demonstrable history of leading successful, high-impact creative campaigns.
Digital Mastery: In-depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape and placement strategies.
